PHR and SPHR
The HRCI Organization offers the PHR and SPHR exams, The consist of 225 questions that are multiple-choice. 25 of them are pre-test questions not scored and used to determine criteria for future versions of the test. The categories that make up the content of the test are: 16% workforce planning, 26% strategic management, 5% occupational health and safety, 24% labor and employee relations, 13% human resources development, and 16% compensation and benefits. The difference between the PHR and SPHR is the levels in difficulties and details vary.
